From the Editors
Breakfast, particularly weekend brunch, is Hash House's crowning glory, as crowds line up for a brown sugar banana or butterscotch almond flapjacks, sage fried chicken with maple reduction and salmon basil egg scrambles served with crispy potatoes. For something that'll still be sticking to your ribs well into the evening, start your day with a down-home plate of biscuits and sausage gravy, with the restaurant's signature six-inch sprig of rosemary standing straight up atop the dish. Dinner is a bit more sophisticated, with premium steaks and pastas dominating the menu. An extensive wine selection is available during lunch and dinner hours. -- Jodi Saunders and Drew Clayton
