In old suburban Four Corners, ''out with the old, in with the new'' manifests its meaning in this cheerful eatery that replaces a former 50-year occupant, Fred & Harry's Seafood restaurant. With its shadowy spaces and maze of dark booths, Fred & Harry's was completed gutted to make way for Fajita Coast's modern, brightly lit interior and sunny Tex Mex cuisine. In a light-drenched dining room with tiled floors and seascape mural, Fajita Coast serves up standard Tex-Mex fare -- tacos, tamales, chimichangas, enchiladas along with 15 different salads and vegetarian selections.

Crunch on a handful of chips as soon as you're seated. Chicken and beef fajitas deserve center stage. They're served sizzling and with plenty of fixins including shredded lettuce, homemade guacamole and pico del gallo. The salsas are fresh and the margaritas are smooth, lush and absolutely delicious. You can select from a premium list of sipping tequilas and signature cocktails, including the popular Cuban mojito.
